In partnership with the City of Middletown Juneteenth Festival

Meet new customers and show off your business at Middletown's Juneteenth celebration!

Exhibitors are invited to set up tables to sell products, distribute literature and marketing materials, and promote your location and/or online shop. Tables and chairs are provided. Exhibitors must provide their own tents, displays, etc.

 

Exhibitors are asked to pay a small fee, but there is no ticket charge to attend. Last year’s event drew more than 500 attendees, and several vendors sold out their inventory!

 

Registration is $75 per table. Tables and chairs are provided, but exhibitors must provide their own tents and other equipment.  On-site sales are allowed.

Obtaining a Certificate of Insurance (COI)

We are required by our agreement with the City of Middletown to obtain a COI from every participating exhibitor that names the City of Middletown and NAACP Middletown Branch as co-insured. We cannot make exceptions.

If you already have a liability insurance policy, obtaining a COI is as simple as contacting your insurer and providing the relevant information.

If you do not have liability insurance, a single-day policy that will only cover this event is available at a low cost from insurance retailers online.
