Business Showcase Exhibitor Fee

Pay here to enroll as an exhibitor in the NAACP Middletown Branch’s 2025 Minority Business Showcase. Your $50 fee pays for event registration AND entitles you to either one annual adult NAACP membership OR two annual youth memberships. Note that memberships are for individuals, not businesses. You may give your membership(s) to any individuals you choose. You will enter name(s) and contact information at checkout.

** Exhibitors must also submit a certificate of liability insurance (COI) before June 19 that includes the NAACP Middletown Branch and City of Middletown as co-insured. If you do not already have a liability insurance policy, a single-event policy may be purchased online, usually for $50-75.
