The NAACP New York State Conference is sponsoring Democracy Summit trainings across the state, and our local training is Saturday, August 8! Hosted by the St. Charles AME Zion Church in Sparkill (Rockland County), the training will prepare you for the upcoming election, update you on threats to our voting rights, and equip you to work in your community to protect democracy and our power!
The training runs from 1:00 to 3:30 PM, and brings together activists from across the Hudson Valley and Westchester County.
